Axis Advantage
Handling of modern generation aircraft is an extremely complex affair and is a teamwork involving all the crews on board-Pilot as well as air hostess training. Thus, it is important that they develop an objective outlook and appreciate the requirements and challenges of each other's profession, thus developing mutual and healthy respect, which ensures smooth conduct of flying operations and is vital during various emergencies. Axis Aviation Academy is the first such effort to provide such a platform.
For the next 20 years, 16,000 new pilots will be required each year to meet the demands of the global airline industry. New and rapidly expanding “low-cost” carriers are prominent catalysts for the demand of pilots. Several countries now find themselves hiring even foreign pilots in a drastic attempt to meet their needs.
